After 15 years of sharing meals, memories, and fresh Italian flavors with the Salem community, Gamberetti’s is moving into a new home. On June 2, we’ll open our doors inside the beautiful Holman Riverfront Park Hotel, right in the heart of downtown Salem.

This isn’t just a move—it’s a leap forward. A bold step toward everything we’ve dreamed of offering our guests.

Why We’re Moving

At the heart of this move is something essential: the kitchen.

Our current space, while full of history and heart, has its limitations. At The Holman, we’ll be cooking in a state-of-the-art kitchen that gives our chefs more room, better tools, and the ability to elevate every plate that leaves the line. It allows us to improve efficiency, expand our menu, and support not just our dining guests—but also hotel visitors and large-scale catering events.

It’s a behind-the-scenes upgrade that will translate to an even better experience on your plate.

• Thoughtful enhancements as we settle into the expanded space

With support from the entire G Hospitality Group—including Gamberetti’s, G3 Pizzas & Burgers, and Markum Inn—we’re ready to serve everything from intimate gatherings to full-scale celebrations with flexible menus and signature hospitality.
