FRESH PASTA COOKING INSTRUCTIONS 

1. Bring a pot of water to a boil and add a heaping tablespoon of salt.  

 

2. Drop the fresh pasta in the water.  It will take 3 - 5 minutes and start to float when it is cooked.  Taste and cook to your liking.

 

3. Drain and return cooked pasta to the empty pot. 

Treva’s Tip:   You want your pasta water to taste like the sea.

PASTA SAUCE COOKING INSTRUCTIONS 

In a sauté pan add olive oil on medium heat.  Let oil warm up and add your protein (chicken, sausage or beef).

 

When protein is browned add the garlic and let cook for two minutes.  Watch carefully as garlic can easily burn.

 

Add the white wine to the pan, it will sizzle and deglaze your pan. Add vegetables and cook for another two minutes.   Add sauce and let simmer for a few minutes to marry your flavors together.

Treva’s Tip:  Dish up and garnish with fresh grated parmesan.
